- Please proceed with online ticket cancellations and refunds through Naver Reservation. No cancellation fee will be charged.
- Group visits require prior reservation via email. Please refer to the group reservation section on our website.

- Visitors wearing Hanbok can purchase tickets at a 10% discount on site.
