Visitor Information
On-site ticket sales are available.
Please be aware that some exhibition areas may be dimly lit due to the nature of the exhibition. Children and elderly visitors must be accompanied by a guardian.
Futura Seoul does not accept cash payments.
Visitors eligible for discounts (university students, people with disabilities, seniors aged 65 and over, etc.) must present valid identification.
Please view the artworks with your eyes only.
Children under the age of 10 are not permitted to enter without a guardian.
Strollers and wheelchairs may have difficulty entering the exhibition hall.
Food and toys are not allowed inside the exhibition.
Pets are not permitted.

Photography is allowed without flash.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas.
If you have difficulty booking tickets online, on-site ticket purchase is available.
Lockers are provided outside the exhibition hall.
The popular Hannam-dong café O Tigelle has opened a pop-up café on the ground floor. Exhibition visitors can enjoy drinks and desserts on the 3rd-floor rooftop and terrace.
