GROUP RESERVATION

Number of people and Ticket Price

  1. Groups of 30 or more on weekdays are required.
  2. Reservations must be made at least two days prior to the scheduled visit.

  3. Group reservations are not available on weekends and public holidays.
  4. Free admission for guides is not available.

Reservation Process

1. Reservation process

Please provide the group name, visit date, number of attendees, and contact information via phone or email

→ Futura Seoul representative will confirm and contact you → Reservation confirmation completed.


2. After Confirmation

- On the day of your visit, the reservation will be verified at the front desk, and we will assist with ticketing.
- Changes or cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit.
※ A no-show without prior notice will result in a penalty fee of 100% of the estimated total payment.
